We currently have a Learning Administrator position available with our client, PKF LittleJohn. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the first team member based in India. You'll be working closely with a well-established Global People Development team. This setup provides good learning opportunities and direct exposure to a Global team from day one.

Job purpose:
This role supports the smooth delivery of training activities by managing end-to-end administration, scheduling, logistics, and communication. It maintains accurate training data on internal platforms, coordinates with facilitators and suppliers, prepares materials and event logistics, and manages delegate communication before and after sessions. Working closely with People Development, HR, and Facilities teams, the role ensures rooms, AV/tech, calendars, and refreshments are efficiently organized. Through reliable coordination and timely execution, it enables a seamless learning experience for staff members and supports firmwide development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
People development module administration:
  • Updating in house, training monitoring spreadsheets and internal tech platforms on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Data entry into internal tech platforms (e.g. booking platform) to ensure accurate firmwide population information
  • Scheduling of modules, facilitators and room bookings – liaising with internal and external facilitators and suppliers on logistics tasks
  • Monitoring of registrations
  • Keeping People Development team up to date on registrations, queries and issues
  • Communicating with delegates where appropriate and responding to basic queries
  • Sending joining instructions and emailing material to delegates before and following training events
  • Updating material content and organizing of printing
  • Managing all communication in a common team mailbox

Audit training:
  • Scheduling briefings for external facilitators
  • Organizing guest meet and greet/security access
  • Organizing printing of handouts
  • Scheduling preparation meetings for internal and external presenters

Internal training programs:
  • Booking external facilitators
  • Schedule briefings for external facilitators and review meetings during and after courses
  • Ordering external branded stationary (notebooks/FLIP books)
  • Booking of accommodation and meals for off-site training
  • Extract training material from 3rd party provider websites

General responsibilities:
  • Liaising with internal team members from People Development and the facilities team of the company for:
  • Booking rooms
  • Sourcing AV/tech needed for sessions given attendees based in multiple locations
  • Sending invites and managing training calendar
  • Ordering refreshments
  • Note taking during training sessions and focus groups
  • Tracking replies to training invites and chasing when no reply
  • Arrange introductory meetings with senior new hires and people development team
  • Supporting the administration for ad hoc firmwide initiatives where People Development/HR team are involved
  • Supporting the wider HR team on general administrative and logistics activities
