Planner

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced Planner to join our team in AlUla. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and progress control for complex , multidisciplinary construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and report schedule performance, risks, and delays, recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with client milestones, regulatory timelines, and contractual requirements.
• Analyze schedule impacts from variations or design changes and support recovery planning.
• Prepare schedule progress reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi procurement and approval processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proven experience with multidisciplinary projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Saudi procurement and approval processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
