Job Description

We are hiring Planning Engineers with strong experience in engineering planning for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related industrial fabrication. The role involves planning activities from drawing review to material planning and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and activity timelines.
• Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for all projects.
• Prepare indents as per drawings and technical standards.
• Lead material planning and support procurement in vendor follow-up.
• Plan outsourcing for dish ends, tube sheets, machining, drilling, and other fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with design, production, quality, and purchase departments.
• Track project progress, material availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain planning documentation, reports, and records.
• Use basic AutoCAD for drawing interpretation and planning support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE Mechanical with 2–5 years of planning experience in heavy engineering.
• Must have worked with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or industrial fabrication.
• Strong skills in scheduling, BOM generation, and material planning.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic).
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
