Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Planning Engineer for our business partner in manufacturing industry.

Job Description

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability,

• Review inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability,

• Maintain accurate bill of materials (BOM) and routing information in ERP systems,

• Generate reports including production forecasts, capacity plans, and schedule compliance KPIs,

• Coordinate all sales orders within inter companies and local CSD team,

• Keep good communication level with them,

• Accountable for maintaining the integrity of MRP planning parameters (costing lot size, lead times, days of supply),

• Analyse, understand, and convert MRP messages to raw material purchase orders and plans to meet production / forecast demand,

• Coordinate stock planning according to forecasts, statistical data, customer orders and safety stock levels,

• Inventory Management - Understand and maintain the minimum necessary raw materials and finished goods inventory and report on the status of inventory levels against inventory targets,

• Demand analysis for executing MRP Signals such pull-ins, push-outs, cancellations,

• Provide material support through communications with suppliers and placing purchase orders according to MRP requirements,

• Maintain accurate item master data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience at Planning,

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Advanced level of MS Office applications

• Multinational corporation experience is a plus,

• Hard-working, highly motivated and team player.

• Good analytical, planning and organizational skills, relationship management
