MUST HAVE BUILDING MEP CONTRACTING EXPERIENCE, PRIMAVERA

• - Planning, tracking, and reporting on project outputs and outcomes,
• including KPIs and benefits
• - Leading teams with exceptional project coordination from inception
• to handover
• - Managing stakeholders across various program management types
• - Utilizing AutoCAD for efficient construction management
• - Implementing Microsoft Project for ongoing process improvement
• - Conducting contract management and business analysis for
• budgeting purposes
• - Overseeing financial planning and tracking
• - Managing cross-project interdependencies for risk mitigation
• - Developing risk management strategies and data analysis for
• projects
• - Implementing and monitoring quality control standards
• - Developing and executing communication strategies
• - Providing strategic reports to senior management on all programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
