Primary Responsibilities:
The Planogram Analyst assists both KeHE and the Retail Company’s personnel with the compilation, processing and analysis of data as related to the sales and marketing of products for the Retail Company account.
Essential Functions:
- Establish and maintain databases for promotions, price changes, cost changes, item maintenance, and other information regarding sales and marketing activities at the Retail Company account.

Analyze KeHE and Retail Company sales data to identify product movement activity.

Work with KeHE and Retail Company personnel to assure attainment of customer marketing objectives.

Coordinate implementation of merchandising activities, including but not limited to planograms, new items, ads, grand openings, and customer requests.

Establish effective relationships with key customer personnel.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:
- High school diploma required.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Excel.

Familiarity with plan-o-grams and their use at retail required.

Ability and willingness to work in residence at the customer’s headquarters.
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

Excellent Microsoft Office skills with PowerPoint, Word and Access are a plus.

Pro Space and/or space management software experience are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all organizational levels.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, including anticipating problems and taking appropriate preventive action to avoid crises whenever possible.

Demonstrated proficiency in attention to accuracy and detail.

Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively as part of a team.

Demonstrated ability to effectively identify long-term issues, develop and implement strategies to address these issues, and linking shorter-term activities to these strategies.
