Requirements:

• Qualification: M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech in Mech/Electrical/Electronics.
• Experience: min 10+ years Experience.
• Gender :Only Male
• Immediate joiners and local candidates should apply.

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end plant operations, ensuring smooth production on C/C process equipment.
• Plan and achieve production targets while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of process equipment.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate plant staff for productivity and skill development.
• Monitor raw material consumption, inventory levels, and production output.
• Collaborate with quality, procurement, and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
• Prepare and present production, maintenance, and performance reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
