Plant Maintenance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability of our facility. This position is ideal for someone with extensive mechanical experience, particularly with presses and other heavy machinery, who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain presses, hydraulics, motors, and other industrial equipment.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Partner with production leadership to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong expertise with presses and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams.
• Hands-on troubleshooting ability and a commitment to safety.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
