Plumbing Drafsman

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare layouts for plumbing and drainage for a variety of projects.
• Develop plumbing installation specifications and materials list for residential and commercial projects.
• Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Collaborate with other drafters to ensure accuracy of plumbing drawings.
• Update existing drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as Plumbing Draftsman in a Contracting company

-Experience is needed, especially in the GCC.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics, and other technical documents. -Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations.

-Proficiency in using AutoCAD software

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

-Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings

-Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Hail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
