About the Role
Go Direct Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Sewer Sales Technician to join our team. This role is primarily sales-focused but requires hands-on field experience in sewer, water, or fire line utility work. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading construction plans, preparing accurate bids, and also performing drain cleans, sewer scopes, and estimate calls to properly assess and communicate the scope of work to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with assigned and provided residential, commercial, and property management clients to evaluate sewer, water, and fire line issues and provide estimates.
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer scoping, and diagnostic calls to determine accurate project needs.
- Determine root cause solutions on-site.
- Review utility and construction plans to build and present professional estimates and bids.
- Work with project managers and crews to ensure rapid professional assignment from sales to operations.
- Provide clear communication to clients regarding scope of work, options, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, scopes, and sales activities.
- Attend internally provided Sales Training sessions, Trade Shows, Industry Training, etc.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Operate professional residential and low caliber Plumbing equipment.
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Construction Project/Repair Sales (Utility,sewer, water, or fire line preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Previous experience performing drain cleans and sewer scopes preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience or proven ability to explain technical work to clients in a clear, approachable way.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience using CRM systems (Jobber, Salesforce, HouseCallPro,etc)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
