PMC Engineer

We are looking for a proactive PMC Engineer to support smooth production operations, ensure quality compliance, and lead a team in maintaining safety, 5S, and process discipline. Candidates with strong manufacturing management experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve personnel and production-related issues to ensure uninterrupted mass production.
• Monitor and report defects promptly; coordinate with technical teams for abnormalities.
• Prepare and submit accurate shift reports and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Support engineers in optimizing material usage and driving cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain daily 5S and conduct team-level safety & 5S training.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment operating procedures.
• Enforce factory rules, correct process violations, and guide operators toward proper work practices.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in manufacturing plant operations preferred
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 30+ employees
• Strong understanding of production management, quality monitoring, and inter-departmental coordination
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, 6S/5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Cost Control
• Strong quality awareness and problem-solving ability

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
