Key Objectives
  • Design and implement processes to ensure products or services meet required quality standards.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance quality performance and optimize processes across projects.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and mentor junior quality personnel to foster a culture of quality.
  • Utilize quality metrics and data to assess performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Support management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of the organization.
  • Engage key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather feedback on performance.
  • Plan and allocate resources (people and budgets) to enable delivery of agreed objectives.
  • Implement the Wood Business Management System (BMS) ensuring effective application and routine monitoring.
  • Ensure consistent and effective implementation of Quality supporting systems (e.g., NCR, Progressive learning, Customer satisfaction systems).
  • Support tenders and proposal activities.
  • Plan and execute risk based assurance plans, escalating significant findings.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance data, reporting themes and trends to senior leaders and intervening as required.
  • Gather and act upon customer feedback to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Degree or local equivalent in Quality Management, Project Management or related discipline (essential).
  • Lead Auditor qualification by recognized industry body (essential).
  • 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with similar year of relevant experience.
  • Experience in methanol projects.
