Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented PMO Manager to oversee strategic projects at Our Group. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and scopes that align with business objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Ensure all deliverables meet Group quality standards.
Stakeholder & Team Management:

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing timely updates.

Mentor project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Facilitate communication to address issues quickly and maintain project momentum.
Risk & Issue Management:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Proactively manage issues impacting timelines or deliverables.

Document project changes, decisions, and lessons learned.
Reporting & Strategic Oversight:

Track and report key project metrics and overall portfolio health to senior management.

Prepare project evaluations and continuous improvement recommendations.

Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer for all projects.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:

10+ years of demonstrated experience in project management and PMO leadership.
Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Oracle PPM, MS Project, Jira).
Leadership:

Proven leadership and team management abilities to drive complex projects to completion.
Organizational Skills:

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Certifications:

PMP, PgMP, or other advanced project management certifications preferred.
Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced project tracking/reporting tools.
