PMO Specialist (Al-Khobar) - Job Brief
Master-Works is excited to announce an opportunity for a PMO Specialist to join our Al-Khobar office. This role is essential in establishing robust project management frameworks and ensuring adherence to project governance standards across various initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project performance and enhancing team capabilities in alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement PMO processes and tools to standardize project management practices across the organization

Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring proper resource allocation, risk management, and prioritization of projects

Conduct regular project performance assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions

Provide training and mentorship to project managers and teams to enhance their project management skills and methodologies

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to align project objectives with strategic initiatives

Prepare and present project performance reports, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and project excellence
Requirements
Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in a project management or PMO role, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and relevant PMO processes

Experience with project management software (such as MS Project or JIRA) and proficiency in MS Office Suite

PMP certification or similar is highly desirable
