PMO/Project Analyst

Reports and dashboards Build and maintain concise executiveready reports and dashboards for LT eg status milestones risks KPIs

Project planning Develop and update project plans for environment deployments including timelines dependencies and resourcecutover plans

Governance and PDCA Produce PDCA reports and cadence materials capture actionsdecisions track followups to closure

JIRA administration Track environment requests in JIRA manage boardsfilters ensure data quality and generate periodic extracts

Riskissue management Maintain RAID logs flag variances and propose mitigation options

Stakeholder coordination Support meetings prepare packs and coordinate inputs across technical and business teams

Required Skills And Experience

3 to 6 years in PMOProject Analyst or similar role within ITDigital programs

Strong proficiency in ExcelSheets PowerPointSlides and JIRA experience with data visualization tools eg Power BITableau is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and executive presentation skills

Highly organized able to manage multiple streams and deadlines
