About The Job

The Policies and Procedures Specialist support the development, documentation, and maintenance of organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role contributes to the implementation of the Delegation of Authority framework and assists in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to ensuring compliance and operational consistency.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Policies

• Assist in drafting and updating policies in line with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

• Conduct basic research to support policy revisions and improvements.

• Track policy usage and gather feedback for enhancement opportunities.

Procedures

• Document procedures to support consistent operational practices.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure procedures are clearly communicated and followed.

• Participate in periodic reviews to ensure procedures remain current and effective.

Delegation of Authority (DoA)

• Support the maintenance of the Delegation of Authority framework.

• Ensure updates to authority levels are accurately recorded and shared.

• Provide basic guidance to staff on delegation protocols.

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Assist in maintaining QMS documentation and records.

• Support internal audits and help implement corrective actions.

• Contribute to efforts aimed at meeting QMS certification requirements.


Required skills and qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Compliance, Operations Management, or a related field.

 2–3 years of experience in policy documentation, procedure support, or quality systems.

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Good communication and teamwork abilities.

 Familiarity with documentation processes and basic data analysis.

 Understanding compliance and quality standards is a plus.

 Accuracy and consistency in documentation.

 Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

 Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

 Professional communication in Arabic and English.


Additional Requirements:

 May require occasional visits to MNT Halan Companies/Branches.

 Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
