Pool Service Technician

Job Overview:
Join our team at Gulley Pools, a 100% Family Owned and Operated Pool Builder in Nueces County. We take pride in providing comprehensive pool services, from custom pool builds to warranty repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. We are currently seeking an experienced Pool Technician to maintain and service pools for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Perform pool cleaning, equipment repair, and general pool maintenance tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure proper pool functioning.
- Conduct filter cleans, sand changes, and other necessary maintenance procedures.
- Operate a work truck to travel to various job sites within a 25-mile radius of Port Aransas, TX.
- Work independently with little supervision or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company's core values.
- Adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently in harsh weather conditions.

Skills:
- Minimum of two years of experience in pool maintenance and repair.
- Mechanical knowledge and proficiency in servicing all brands and types of pool equipment.
- Ability to work in Texas heat and cold weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone with pool app programs.
- Physical capability to bend, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.

Work Location: Full Remote – Generally within a 25-mile radius of Port Aransas, TX
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday (some weekends may be required during peak seasons)
