Porter/Maintenance

• Responsibilities:

- Regular maintenance (mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, handrails, surfaces, doors, collecting garbage) of the following areas including but not limited to
- Sidewalk and front of building is clean and free of hazards (Snow or ice)
- Regular cleaning of the elevator (including, but not limited to: walls, interior and exterior doors, door-tracks.)
- Perform general maintenance duties such as repairing fixtures, painting, and minor plumbing repairs
- Fabricate and install various items as needed
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and prioritize work orders

• Keep Company tools, equipment properly maintained and in good working order.
• Perform a chemical-enhanced power wash on the outdoor common area

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their needs
- Proficient in various maintenance tasks including basic repairs, painting, and fabrication
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking and managing work orders
