. You will be responsible for conducting economic analyses based on data provided by the technical and financial departments. You will also support the economic evaluation of the portfolio, exploration, and development projects to ensure they are advantageous for the Company.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of investment proposals for both defined exploration activities and new initiatives.

Assist in the evaluation of exploration projects for internal drilling decisions.

Utilise the Palisade pre-decision tree software for risk analysis purposes.

Prepare asset evaluations for sales, acquisitions, farm-in, farm-out, and swap activities.

Assist in the evaluation of contractual terms for bid applications to identify applicable contractual terms to be offered to EGPC for new concession areas.
Skills And Experience Required
-
University degree in a relevant discipline (Economics, Finance, Business Management, etc).

Extensive experience in economic and financial modelling and analysis, preferably within regulated infrastructure and/or energy sector.

Strong knowledge of upstream business activities.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Deadline-orientated, with the ability to work in a structured and methodical manner.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Professional working level of English.
