Job Title: Salesman – POS Solution Sales

Salary: Rs. 25,000 – 30,000 per month + Commission

Job Summary

We’re looking for a driven and confident Salesman to sell our Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions to businesses in retail, restaurants, and related sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on sales experience, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in retail, hospitality, and other industries.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain the features and benefits of our POS solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, and share insights with the team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
• Work with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain accurate sales data in the CRM and submit regular reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in software, POS, or IT-related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and offer effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with field visits.
