Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following positions in the Department of Industrial Management under Higher Education Commission Project No. 6(01)/Acad/SS&H/HEC/2017/77 titled “ Case Study Methods as a Pedagogy in Business Schools: Issues & Prospects in Public & Private Sector Universities (Business Schools) of Pakistan” . The candidates must meet the qualification as detailed below:

1- Post Name: Research Associate

No of Positions: 02

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 15000/-

Contract Duratio n: 01 Year

Qualification: M.S/M.Phil. Scholars (Business Administration, English, Statistics)

Job Description:

• Conducting systematic literature review.
• Assisting in conducting focus groups.
• Transcribing focus groups discussions.
• Analysis and write-up of summary booklets.
• Assisting in conducting practitioner seminars and/or workshops.
• Working with SPSS and other statistical software’s related to Research Project
  
  

While the research associates are expected to have mentioned skills, on-the-job training and guidance will be provided. The above areas are for general guidelines only, whereas work may involve other activities.

2- Post Name: Research Associate

No of Position: 01

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 28800/-

Contract Duration: 09 Months

Qualification: PhD/post-doctoral scholar of Business Administration preferably working in this research area on full-time basis

Job Description:

• Conducting systematic literature review.
• Initiating and maintaining contact with organizations.
• Assisting in conducting focus groups.
• Transcribing focus groups discussions.
• Writing conference papers and journal articles.
• Analysis and write-up of summary booklets.
• Assisting in conducting practitioner seminars and/or workshops.
• Working with SPSS and other statistical software related to research Project

3- Post Name: Research Assistant

No of Positions: 03

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 10000/-

Contract Duration: 06 Months

Qualification: Sixteen years of relevant business education
