Responsibilities

• This role involves the care and maintenance of residential
  
  

properties, ensuring that the communities remain beautiful and

welcoming for all residents

• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming,
  
  

planting, and watering

• Maintain the health and appearance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and
  
  

flowers

• Perform routine hardscaping tasks such as pavers, pathways, and fire
  
  

pits

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow removal, and
  
  

storm cleanup

• Ensure all landscaping work is completed to a high standard and in a
  
  

timely manner

• Provide friendly and courteous customer service to residents
  
  

regarding their services and other related questions

• Other job duties as assigned
