Power Automate Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Automate Developer (RPA) to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Automate along with hands-on exposure to UiPath or Blue Prism, and a solid background in web services, screen scraping, databases, and programming (C# preferred).

A deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform is essential, along with relevant Microsoft certifications in the Power Automate or Power Platform technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
• Build and maintain automation solutions using UiPath or Blue Prism as secondary RPA tools.
• Implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and connectors.
• Perform screen scraping, data extraction, and UI-based automation across various applications.
• Develop custom scripts or components using C# or other programming languages as required.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for data retrieval, storage, and transformation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing automations for performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices in RPA development.
• Prepare documentation including process maps, technical specifications, test cases, deployment guides, and user manuals.
• Stay current with updates and features across the Microsoft Power Platform and RPA ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory experience with Power Automate (Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, AI Builder
• Hands-on experience with at least one additional RPA tool: UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, JSON/XML.
• Solid experience in screen scraping, UI automation, and data extraction techniques.
• Proficiency in C# or similar programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other database technologies.
• Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI – optional).
• Microsoft certification in Power Automate or the Power Platform (e.g., PL-500, PL-400, PL-200).
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault).
• Understanding of RPA governance, security, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with process mining tools (Power Automate Process Advisor or others).

Education

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Location

-Tariq Road Near Dolmen Mall, Karachi.

Shift Timings

-9am-6pm (Sunday to Thursday).

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
