About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, OneLake Security, and enterprise-level BI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Fabric to build end-to-end data solutions.
• Manage and maintain Data Lake architecture and integrations.
• Implement and monitor OneLake Security best practices for data governance and compliance.
• Configure and manage Power BI Gateways for secure data access.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and report automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, IT, and Business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (5+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Data Engineering and Real-Time Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake & Delta Lake environments.
• Knowledge of OneLake Security, data permissions, and governance models.
• Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and Dataflows.
• Experience configuring and managing Power BI Gateways.
• Understanding of data modeling (star schema, snowflake), ETL concepts, and data best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Azure Synapse, ADF, or other cloud data services.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or ETL tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
