Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4-8 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
Advanced expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Strong command of DAX and Power Query (M language) for data modeling and transformation.
Proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions).
Solid understanding of data warehouse structures, including star schema, fact, and dimension tables.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or other ETL tools.
Excellent English communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to translate business requirements into measurable insights.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Design and develop data models using Power Query and DAX.
Create interactive dashboards, visual reports, and paginated reports in Power BI.
Optimize dashboard performance for efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Configure and manage data refresh schedules, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and maintain role-based access controls.
Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure alignment with source systems.
Document business logic, calculated measures, and transformation workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve data model, refresh, or connectivity issues.
Provide user training and support to business teams for effective dashboard usage.
Maintain version control and follow structured BI development workflows to ensure consistency and governance.
