🎨 About The Role
We’re looking for a
Graphic Designer – PPT Specialist
with exceptional visual storytelling and presentation design skills.
You’ll work directly with
leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams
to design high-impact presentations that communicate ideas clearly and inspire confidence.
Your designs will help shape how NxtWave’s vision, strategy, and achievements are presented to partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
This is a
hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented role
— perfect for designers who can combine aesthetics with communication strategy.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design visually engaging, high-impact presentations in Google Slides and Figma that align with NxtWave’s brand identity.

Translate complex concepts and data into clear, compelling visual narratives using infographics, charts, and icons.

Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to understand goals and deliver cohesive visual stories.

Create and maintain scalable design systems for presentations — including templates, visual libraries, and asset kits.

Provide creative direction and recommendations to enhance storytelling across decks, reports, and digital collateral.

Uphold brand consistency and visual excellence across all presentation materials.
🧠 Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2–4 years in visual, communication, or presentation design, preferably in tech, corporate, or EdTech sectors.

Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Google Slides.

Design Sense: Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual balance.

Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into polished visual assets.

Execution: Ability to design clean, modern templates that scale across functions.

Detail Orientation: Keen eye for refinement and precision in all visual elements.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
