🎨 About The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer – PPT Specialist with exceptional visual storytelling and presentation design skills.

You’ll work directly with leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to design high-impact presentations that communicate ideas clearly and inspire confidence.

Your designs will help shape how NxtWave’s vision, strategy, and achievements are presented to partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented role — perfect for designers who can combine aesthetics with communication strategy.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging, high-impact presentations in Google Slides and Figma that align with NxtWave’s brand identity.
• Translate complex concepts and data into clear, compelling visual narratives using infographics, charts, and icons.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to understand goals and deliver cohesive visual stories.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems for presentations — including templates, visual libraries, and asset kits.
• Provide creative direction and recommendations to enhance storytelling across decks, reports, and digital collateral.
• Uphold brand consistency and visual excellence across all presentation materials.
  
  

🧠 Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–4 years in visual, communication, or presentation design, preferably in tech, corporate, or EdTech sectors.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Google Slides.
• Design Sense: Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual balance.
• Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into polished visual assets.
• Execution: Ability to design clean, modern templates that scale across functions.
• Detail Orientation: Keen eye for refinement and precision in all visual elements.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
