About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have some understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Display, Video)
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, ROAS, and CPA.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives.
• Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal spend allocation.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in PPC or digital advertising preferred.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and basic SEO principles.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups a bonus
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Google Ads or Meta certification.
• Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,837.71 per month
