Job Type & Shift: Full‑time (Mon–Sat) | Night Shift – 6:00 PM–2:00 AM PKT

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch and optimise campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram); Bing Ads experience a plus.
  • Define keyword & audience strategies, manage negatives, match types, geo/device splits to maximise ROI.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, pixels and CAPI; validate event tracking and data integrity.
  • Manage budgets and pacing; meet CPA/ROAS targets; prepare weekly reports in Looker Studio / GA4.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests (ads, bids, audiences, landing pages); collaborate with content/design/dev teams to improve landing‑page conversion rate (CVR).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years hands‑on experience in PPC / Paid Media (Google Ads required, Meta/Bing add‑on).
  • Proficient with GA4, GTM and tracking/debugging tags/events.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups) and familiarity with Looker Studio.
  • Clear written & verbal communication; ability to work on‑site in Karachi night shift.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience with e‑commerce feed management (Merchant Center), Performance Max structures, offline conversion imports.
  • Lead‑gen quality control (duplicate blocking, form validation).

Success Metrics — First 90 Days

  • Tracking fully implemented for all active accounts (GA4/GTM validated).
  • Reduce blended CPA by 10‑20% or increase ROAS by 15% on priority campaigns.
  • Maintain >95% budget pacing accuracy and implement a live weekly test plan.
