Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Client Management: maintain a strategic relationship with the client, provide insight and partnership across marketing and communications; ensure excellent client communication, define KPIs, deadlines and service agreements; deliver added-value consultancy across traditional and emerging channels; participate in senior management to ensure account profitability and revenue impact; lead new business processes with local/regional leadership and contribute to tender processes.
- Media Relations: maximise media activity, create media opportunities in line with industry trends, share media landscape knowledge with the team, leverage networks to maximise coverage and advise on narrative and thought leadership; promote understanding of current affairs within the team.
- Content: oversee creation of high-quality content, provide quality control, develop and implement content strategy, drive knowledge of content trends and storytelling.
- Digital / Social Media: use social media to identify trends, promote tools and processes, manage client activity, and collaborate with the digital team to grow digital services.
- Team Working and Development: lead the Campaign team, set objectives, define client deliverables, monitor activity against budget, play a role in new business, mentor and manage staff, support HR/talent initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis: ensure profitability, maximise client revenues, provide strategic advice based on analysis, monitor KPIs and report to senior management.
- General: run training to expand team skills and revenues, promote the TEAM LEWIS brand and values, support talent initiatives and preserve best marketing practice.
About You
- Highly commercial with strong strategic client consultancy skills.
- Experience in a B2B or corporate communications agency at Senior Campaign Manager or Campaign Director level.
- Well-versed in social media and integrating digital marketing into PR.
- Track record of retaining and growing existing accounts profitability.
- Thoughtful, assertive, and capable of leading and developing a team.
- Ability to provide consultancy on PR as well as broader marketing strategy; proven success in securing new business and increasing client revenues.
