Role Overview - Marketing and PR Executive

We are seeking a highly self-motivated, articulate, and proactive Marketing and PR Executive to join our dynamic team. The role requires an individual who demonstrates strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality output. The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of creativity, planning discipline, communication finesse, and on-ground execution capability.

You will play a central role in strengthening the brand voice in both physical and digital environments. This includes shaping narratives, managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, expanding visibility through media, and ensuring consistent brand representation across every touchpoint. The position is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing diverse assignments, staying mobile, and writing with clarity and purpose.

As the position works directly with senior leadership, it may occasionally require extended hours and business travel, depending on schedules, activities, and events. A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile will be key to thriving in this position. It is best suited for an ambitious, sharp individual with a problem-solving mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to operate under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develop and own content across formats, including campaign communications, social media content, emailers, presentations, and website updates, ensuring narrative consistency and audience alignment.
  • Drive end-to-end social media planning and execution, including editorial calendars, content coordination, platform engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with design, digital, and product teams to ensure the timely delivery of creatives, marketing collaterals, and promotional assets.
  • Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, forums, conferences, and industry gatherings to ensure strong brand presence, on-ground engagement, and meaningful business interactions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine communication strategies and guide future campaigns.
  • Lead and support PR activities, including drafting media notes, coordinating with journalists and publications, and securing brand visibility through articles, features, awards, and industry recognition.
  • Manage Personal Branding and Personal PR for Directors, including developing thought-leadership content, enhancing their digital presence, curating media opportunities, and positioning them strategically across forums, events, and publications.
  • Provide general marketing support for events, activities, and exhibitions, including pre-event planning, on-ground execution, post-event communication, and asset management.

Preferred Profile

  • One + years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, or brand strategy.
  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in mass communication, marketing, PR, or an allied field.
  • Strong command over written and verbal English, with demonstrated skill in storytelling and business writing.
  • Self-driven approach with the ability to function with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing outdoor assignments, events, exhibitions, or media-related responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, and basic design or content creation software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
