PR Director

We're looking for an experienced PR Director to join StickyGinger - someone who can think big, lead with confidence, and deliver bold work that actually matters. You'll lead award-winning clients across fashion, automotive, and hospitality, with the freedom and support to do it your way.

You:

• Lead from the front, but know when to step back and empower.
• Coach your team like you wish someone had coached you.
• Challenge the old way of doing PR, blending insight, emotion, and business acumen (whilst upholding the structure and process that any standout PR team needs).
• Turn research into results, and client needs into headlines.
• Have experience working in an agency, specifically in the GCC.

The work:

• Lead and grow a team of PR professionals - inspiring, guiding, and achieving results.
• Build and execute campaigns that resonate and make an impact.
• Serve as the strategic go-to for global clients, focusing on innovative thinking and tangible outcomes.
• Shape the agency's future by leading new business pitches, proposals, and partnerships.
• Manage budgets responsibly.
• Rally media, influencers, and stakeholders to champion our clients.
• Build client relationships based on trust, not templates.

You'll need:

• 6+ years of agency experience, including at least 1 year as a PR Director.
• Based in Dubai.
• Strong communication skills: English required; Arabic is a bonus.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
