PR / Influencer Manager

Job Summary:

The PR & Influencer Manager will be responsible for building and managing the brand’s public image and influencer partnerships across national and international markets. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of women’s fashion, social media trends, influencer marketing, and PR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Management:

Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers from different niches (fashion, lifestyle, modest wear, beauty, etc.) at national and international levels.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, stylists, and content creators.

Negotiate collaborations and barter deals ensuring cost-effectiveness

Coordinate influencer campaigns — from product selection, dispatch, to final content approval and posting.

Maintain a detailed influencer database with category, engagement rates, demographics, and performance history.

Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment, quality, and timely delivery.

Public Relations & Brand Visibility:

Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to strengthen the brand’s image in the women’s fashion and lifestyle segment.

Manage brand collaborations, gifting programs, and event participation to enhance visibility.

Strategic Marketing & Communication:

Align influencer and PR strategies with the overall marketing calendar and campaign objectives.

Work closely with the content and creative teams for storytelling, campaign ideas, and visuals.

Stay updated with global fashion trends, digital marketing tools, and influencer industry updates.

Operational Management:

Ensure smooth handling of influencer product deliveries, returns, and inventory tracking

Manage budgets and ensure all partnerships are within allocated costs.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer analytics.

Creative mindset with excellent networking abilities.
