Summary

Be the Voice of Our Innovation in North America

• Craft clear, engaging narratives that resonate with both niche tech outlets and mainstream media.
• Equip press and reviewers with precise, high-quality materials that position our products at the forefront of the industry.Secure timely, top-tier media coverage across the most relevant tech channels.

Role & Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll own the North America PR strategy for major product launches and brand milestones — from embargo planning to hosting top-tier media briefings and securing standout coverage across gaming, tech, and lifestyle outlets. If you love telling compelling stories, building strong media relationships, and running seamless go-to-market operations, this is your moment.

Lead Launch Communications

• Own and manage the NA PR calendar — keep teams aligned and launches on track.
• Plan embargoes and deliver flawless media coordination from first pitch to live coverage.

Build and Leverage Media Relationships

• Cultivate deep relationships with top reviewers, editors, podcasts, and tech/lifestyle reporters.
• Secure media RSVPs, run high-impact briefings, and follow up to ensure accurate and timely stories.

Run Hands-On Demos & Events

• Bring media into labs, events, and exclusive previews — handle invites, logistics, hosting, and coverage tracking.

Support with Smart Messaging

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to QA media materials (fact sheets, guides, talking points) for NA audiences.
• No content writing required — just ensure accuracy and clarity for local markets.

Own the Sample Program

• Oversee the full lifecycle: allocation, shipping, tracking, returns, and follow-up.
• Manage firmware updates, accessories, and hands-on coordination like a pro.

Monitor, Learn & Improve

• Track coverage, correct inaccuracies quickly, and log key takeaways to level up each launch.

Create Partner PR Moments

• Build joint campaigns with partners — align calendars, assets, and execution for shared impact.
• Coordinate quotes, briefings, lab days, and ensure one seamless media experience.

Stay Compliant

• Manage NDAs, embargo discipline, FTC disclosures, and asset usage rights with full accountability.

Measure Success

• Report on key KPIs: embargo-day hits, share of voice, review quality, on-time rate, sample turnaround.

Qualifications:

● 7+ years of PR Experience: A minimum of seven years in public relations, with a specific focus on technology PR.

● Media Relations: Profound expertise in media relations, including a proven track record of working with platforms like Business Wire.

● Strategic PR:Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns that align with business goals.

● Exceptional Writing:Strong writing and editing skills to craft persuasive press releases and PR materials.

● Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Media Network: An extensive network of media contacts to leverage for PR initiatives.

● PC Technology and Gaming Knowledge: Expertise in PC technology and gaming to effectively communicate Cooler Master's value proposition to the target audience.

● Experience in PC systems, components, servers, workstations, consumer electronics, System integration, lifestyle or another fast innovative field
