Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher

Role Summary:

Rising Star Group of Schools is looking for dedicated and experienced Pre-Primary & Primary Teachers who can create a joyful, interactive, and learning-focused classroom environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and able to handle students with care and creativity.

• Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons as per curriculum guidelines.

Create a positive, safe, and activity-based learning environment.

Support academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students.

Use interactive teaching aids, worksheets, and creative methodologies.

Maintain attendance, assessment reports, and student progress records.

Regularly communicate with parents regarding student growth.

Participate in staff meetings, training, workshops, and school events.

Ensure classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed preferred).

• 3–4 years of relevant teaching experience.

• Strong English communication and classroom management skills.

• Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with young children.

Nearby candidates are preferred; candidates willing to relocate or travel are also welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
