Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Production Manager with over 3 years of experience to oversee and coordinate our content production processes. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, lead on-site shoots, and collaborate with videographers and creative teams to deliver high-quality content. This role demands excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to maintain smooth workflows under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute video and photoshoot production projects.
• Manage a team of videographers, photographers, and other production crew members.
• Oversee on-location shoots, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals.
• Handle logistics, including equipment management, location arrangements, and post-production follow-ups.
• Ensure quality control and consistency in all production outputs.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain budgets and report on production costs and efficiencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a production management role, with hands-on experience in leading shoots.
Skills:

• Strong understanding of video production and editing workflows.
• Team leadership and coordination.
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with production equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
