Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage 8–9 member pre-sales team
• Drive qualified walk-ins & support sales

Monitor call quality & productivity

Ensure timely follow-ups & lead nurturing

Coordinate with Sales & Marketing

Handle reporting & CRM updates

You Bring

• 4–5 yrs in Pre-Sales (Real Estate/Finance preferred)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• CRM & lead management know-how
• Target-driven mindset
