We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be a key contributor in helping prospects understand the value of our solutions and ensuring successful handoff to the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to support technical discovery calls and customer meetings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer requirements.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into actionable solution designs.
  • Respond to technical questions and RFPs/RFIs with accurate, customer-focused information.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
  • Prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and documentation for prospects.
  • Support trade shows, webinars, and other lead-generation activities when needed.
  • Stay updated on product capabilities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, networking, SaaS, cybersecurity, automation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
