This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive (Telecalling – Real Estate) based in Bengaluru.
The role primarily involves making outbound calls, engaging with prospective buyers, understanding their property requirements, generating qualified, follow up with interested clients, schedule site visits, and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make calls to prospective home buyers and explain available project options.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and provide quick resolutions.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and explain property offerings clearly.
  • Good follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Kannada/Hindi) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
