Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and amenities.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure continuous engagement.
  • Schedule site visits for sales managers and ensure timely coordination.
  • Maintain and update lead trackers, CRM systems, and daily follow-up reports.
  • Assist the sales team by providing customer insights and supporting closing activities.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling and digital leads.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with interested buyers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align promotions and lead generation activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BE – all streams are eligible).
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales/pre-sales/telecalling are welcome.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate lead handling.

Pay: ₹10,766.22 - ₹45,941.68 per month
