Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Presales Executive to support our sales team by engaging potential customers, generating qualified leads, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Docterz products and services.
• Provide detailed information and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Identify, qualify, and close sales leads through effective communication.
• Maintain and update the database of potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to drive conversions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate product features clearly.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Prior presales or telesales experience is a plus.
