Duties

• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills through engaging activities and interactive play.
• Manage daily classroom routines, including arrival, transitions, snack time, outdoor play, and rest periods, ensuring a smooth flow of activities.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to promote good conduct, resolve conflicts constructively, and support children with diverse needs including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that complies with health and safety regulations related to childcare and daycare settings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, literacy education, physical education, math instruction, and other relevant areas to enhance teaching effectiveness.
