Preschool Teacher

Kids R Kids Seven Lakes is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Preschool Teachers. We have openings for both Lead and Assistant positions, catering to the needs of preschool-aged children.

As a Teacher at Kids R Kids, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering children's social and academic development, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom setting conducive to growth and exploration
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to encourage positive behavior
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide insights into children's progress and address any concerns
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching methods

Qualifications:
- MUST have at least 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of young learners -Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and perform various tasks that involve bending, standing, and sitting on the floor.

Preferred Skills:
- Special education background
- Proficiency in lesson planning
- Proven ability in classroom management techniques
- Passion for promoting children's overall well-being
