Preschool Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on early childhood education best practices.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Foster children's curiosity through creative activities such as storytelling, art, music, and play.
• Teach basic skills such as numbers, colors, shapes, and letters in a fun and interactive way.
• Encourage social interactions and help develop communication and problem-solving skills.
• Observe each child’s development and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, order, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom management techniques.
