Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, engaging, and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate understands authentic Montessori philosophy, values hands-on learning, and builds warm, respectful relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a prepared Montessori environment that supports independence and exploration
• Observe students to understand their needs and guide them through individualized learning plans
• Present Montessori lessons with clarity, purpose, and respect for each child’s pace
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and peaceful classroom culture
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate professionally with families
• Ensure safety, order, and consistency in the classroom
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school community events

Qualifications:

• Montessori certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent) required or in progress
• Experience working with children in a Montessori environment preferred
• Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills
• Warm, patient, and collaborative approach
• Commitment to Montessori principles and respectful guidance
