About the Role:

We’re looking for a Presentation Expert, someone who doesn’t just make slides but tells stories visually, communicates ideas with design, and transforms dull content into something that feels cinematic.

If you’re the type who can look at a 30-page deck and instantly see how to make it breathe, you might be the one we’re after.

This role is on-site at our Lahore office (DHA ex-Parkview, opposite the airport). It’s a fast-paced environment, some days are smooth, some are tight, and occasionally you’ll put in extra hours (from home).

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build Punch’s own presentation materials, from sales decks and portfolio showcases to onboarding kits and internal brand stories.
• Create client-facing presentations: investor decks, brand proposals, product demos, and motion-enhanced storytelling assets.
• Turn abstract ideas into visual concepts: mockups, icons, illustrations, and light motion graphics to keep things dynamic, not static.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships, from kickoff calls and creative discussions to final delivery.
• Be proactive; ask the right questions, suggest smarter solutions, and elevate the quality of work (and process) wherever possible.

What You Need:

• Professional English proficiency (spoken and written, you’ll be talking to global clients).
• No degree required. What matters is your craft, confidence, and taste.
• Strong command of design tools like Figma, Pitch, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, PowerPoint, and Google Slides - or the drive to master them quickly.
• A designer’s mind: you understand typography, composition, hierarchy, and color, and you know when to keep it minimal or make it bold.
• Excellent time management: you can deliver sharp work even when deadlines are tight.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under shifting priorities.
• A genuine over-achiever mindset; someone who wants to outdo not just expectations, but their own last project.

What You’ll Get

Salary: 80,000–200,000 PKR/month (based on skill, quality, and experience).

Location: On-site only, Punch Lahore (DHA ex-Parkview).
