Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare services within a community setting. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring appropriate management plans are implemented.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment efficacy, adhering to best practice guidelines.
• Provide specialised care in areas such as senior care, hospice care, home care, and nursing home environments.
• Coordinate with specialists for advanced diagnostics such as medical imaging and clinical research initiatives.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in primary healthcare practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in primary care settings with a strong background in patient care management.
• Experience working within ICU environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of anatomy, public health principles, and clinical research methodologies.
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their application in diagnosis.
• Prior nursing home experience or senior care expertise is highly desirable.
• Experience providing hospice or home-based care will be considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to administer medications safely and effectively across diverse patient populations. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $316,000.00 - $386,000.00 per year
