Primary Mother Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the curriculum.
• Manage the overall development of students — academic, emotional, and social.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Regularly assess students’ progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ performance and behavior.
• Identify and support individual learning needs of students.
• Organize and participate in school activities, events, and celebrations.
• Foster moral values, life skills, and good habits among students.
• Coordinate with co-teachers, subject teachers, and support staff for holistic learning.
• Ensure classroom displays and teaching aids are creative and updated.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
