Primary Teacher

JOB DESCRIPTION – PRIMARY TEACHER (Grades 1–5)

1. Position Overview

To deliver curriculum‑based teaching for Primary classes while encouraging academic excellence, discipline, and values.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Teach subjects (English, Math & EVS) as per timetable.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, projects, and assessments.
• Use activity‑based and interactive teaching methodologies.
• Evaluate student performance through classwork, homework, and tests.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and progress reports.
• Provide remedial support to slow learners.
• Coordinate with parents through PTMs and regular updates.
• Support school events, assemblies, competitions, and celebrations.
• Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and positive behavior guidance.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• D.Ed / B.Ed / Equivalent Teacher Training (mandatory).
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Classroom management and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
