  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, students, and parents.
  • Manage and supervise all school staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the school's budget and resources, including managing supplies and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure the school follows all policies and regulations set by the school district and state.

Academic and instructional oversight

  • Develop and implement curriculum standards and learning goals.
  • Evaluate teacher performance and organize professional development to improve teaching and learning.
  • Monitor student progress and analyze data to drive academic improvement.
  • Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff.

Student and community engagement

  • Oversee student discipline and provide guidance and counseling.
