We’re Hiring: Principal – NTTC Patna

National Teachers Training College (NTTC), Patna is seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and visionary Principal to lead our academic growth and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong academic leadership and ensure high-quality teaching standards.
• Take minimum 2 classes per day to stay actively involved in the teaching process.
• Oversee managerial responsibilities including staff coordination, record management, scheduling, and daily administration.
• Maintain compliance, documentation, and handle inspections professionally.
• Strengthen institutional discipline, performance, and overall academic culture.
• Implement and follow the instructions directed by the Secretary and Managing Committee.
• Build a collaborative environment between faculty, students, and management.

Required Qualifications

• PhD preferred (M.Ed. mandatory from a recognised university).
• 5–10 years of teaching/administrative experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication, team-handling, and decision-making ability.
• Understanding of NCTE/UGC norms and teacher-training procedures.
